Diane’s knowledge spans every corner of the property management world—from HUD compliance and Section 8 oversight to maintenance operations and subcontracting services. Cynthia Shelton
Co-Founder/ Executive Vice President of Compliance
With over 35 years of experience in the property management industry, Cynthia Shelton is a cornerstone of leadership and excellence at Luxura Property Solutions. As Executive Vice President and Senior Director of Compliance, Cynthia brings unmatched expertise in affordable housing programs, including Section 8, Tax Credit, Rural Dev. and HOME properties.
Her commitment to quality, resident advocacy, and regulatory compliance has shaped hundreds of successful communities throughout her career. Cynthia is not only a strategic thinker but also a compassionate leader who ensures every property is run with integrity and attention to detail.
She began her journey in property management as a Leasing Consultant and has work her way up through some of the largest property management companies in the country. Because of her humble beginnings she has a passion for empowering her employees and teams to excel no matter the challenges. Navigating federal, state and local regulations, and creating welcoming, well-managed communities with excellent customer services which set the standard for the entire organization.

Angela Jones brings over two decades of heart, hustle, and housing expertise to her role as Vice President of Operations at Luxura Property Solutions. With more than 20 years in the property management industry, Angela is known not only for her deep knowledge of affordable housing operations but also for her vibrant energy and unwavering dedication to residents and team members alike.
Whether she's organizing teams, improving site operations, or guiding properties to success, Angela leads with authenticity and a true love for people. Her passion for building community is matched only by her love of karaoke—when the work is done, don’t be surprised if she’s the first one on the mic and the last one off!
