Whether she's organizing teams, improving site operations, or guiding properties to success, Angela leads with authenticity and a true love for people. Her passion for building community is matched only by her love of karaoke—when the work is done, don’t be surprised if she’s the first one on the mic and the last one off!

As Executive Vice President and Senior Director of Compliance, Cynthia brings unmatched expertise in affordable housing programs, including Section 8 and Tax Credit properties.
Her commitment to quality, resident advocacy, and regulatory compliance has shaped hundreds of successful communities throughout her career. Cynthia is not only a strategic thinker but also a compassionate leader who ensures every property is run with integrity and attention to detail.
